The Who were totally scooped with respect to "Won't Get Fooled Again".  Danny Ben-Israel's "The Hippies of Today are the Assholes of Tomorrow", recorded three years before Who's Next, contains every thematic element of the Who song, except more explicitly and less rockingly.
