People with jobs that start late, or no jobs, who live in Brooklyn or whatever other areas are served by the bridges in NYC over which drivers need four people in their cars to cross should hang around said bridges and rent themselves out as bodies, then walk back across the bridge (or rent themselves out again at the other end, if traffic's going in both directions) and repeat.
