Euphemisms

In the introductory essay to Text and Act ("Last Thoughts First"—where else would you put them?) Taruskin employs the phrase "the tainted A-word", meaning of course "authenticity". But I think we should use "A-word" for asshole. I would also like to propose "punt" for the same purpose.
